AGARTALA, April 30 (TIWN): Without IT company Tripura Govt had challenged to bring IT revolution in Tripura by making a huge building with central funds named IT Bhawan at Indranagar which was inaugurated by Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar himself on April-24. But the building even could not stand there more than 5 days as Saturday night's storm had collapsed a major portions of the building, proving huge corruption done by PWD with the building. However, there were 3 day long programme held in Tripura from April-24 to Apil-26, but to avoid the Central IT Minister Prem Prakash Chaudhury, Chief Minister skipped both the programmes on April-25 and 26. Thus, proving himself as a moron to IT revolution, his own-handed inaugurated IT Bhawan was majorly damaged with an one hour storm. IT Principal Secretary M Nagaraju had praised a lot the Tripura Govt for its initiative to develop IT Industry here and for making 3 buildings in 3 days : IT Bhawan, STPI, NEILIT.

However, during NEILIT inauguration Central Minister told Tripura Govt that if they do not finish work in due time then technology remains unused.

Again the same Industry Minister said at BJP Office, "We are worried about the proper utilization of central funds by Tripura Govt as corruption has gripped all the Depts". However his doubts have proven as truth, this time not any political party, but nature has exposed PWD corruption.

In a similar manner, on April-20 a wall was fully collapsed at Agartala Kumari Tila after the first rain in summer. But time to time the locals complained the authorities about the work and how the contractor was doing embezzlement with Govt funds. However, all the complaints remained without any action, resulting the collapsing of the full boundary on the 1st day of the rain on April 20.

Moreover, the building was proclaimed as the largest IT hub in Northeast India. Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, accompanied by IT and Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Director General Omkar Rai inaugurated the IT hub, set up at a cost of Rs 50 crore.

Now if a storm can damage a newly constructed building like this, then one can imagine what will happen to all the PWD constructed buildings if a major earthquake happen in Tripura.
