AGARTALA, April 27 (TIWN): On the one side CPI-M backed BSNL union protested against Jio offers, Modi's policy alleging his policy may hit Govt run BSNL hard in coming days, but on the other side when Central Govt inquires about the poor working progress in Digital India Mission, Tripura Govt directly blames BSNL for slow internet and slow fiber cable expansion works.

For example it was IT Minister Tapan Chakraborty who told Central IT Minister P P Chaudhry on Wednesday that due to fiber cable slow work, Tripura Govt unable to expand Digital E-Village schemes.

Chakraborty also preferred Airtel for as an alternative option for Tripura.

Thus CPI-M's double role with Communist ideology about  Private and Govt organizations turned as a controversy as sometimes to hit Modi Govt CPI-M is using BSNL platform and sometimes hitting Reliance Company the party itself is blasting BSNL whereas when comes about work completion Tripura CPI-M Govt blames BSNL.
