In the Digital World we have to upgrade ourselves continuously if we want to compete the Global-tech. If we talk about mobile, within a year the new technology will beat the old version of the mobile company may be in much cheaper price. On that time the old technology and methods' existence become unimportant. So in every project, the state govts should focus to complete the works in due time. "The work load of NIELIT has been increased a lot with the  raising digital literacy throughout the country. The training done either by formal or informal courses need to expand with P.hd research, innovation and continuous upgradation of the students", said Chaudhury.

"It's your intellectual property which will enable you to compete the competitive world.
