AGARTALA, March 28 (TIWN): Who are the sinners and who are the victims ? Tripura Govt or the 10,323 teachers---- who are actual guilty ? Answer is obviously -- Tripura Govt is the actual criminal for the irregularities in recruitment policy. But Ministers do not have any headache about the future of those 10,323 teachers; neither amidst huge vacancies other Dept's posts have been kept for them nor the govt has any plan to invest in a new project so that the hapless teachers get jobs if they loose their teachers' jobs. When in industry-less communist regime Tripura Govt shows lollipops of govt jobs, thousands of candidates stand in rows for a single post and same happened in 2010 and 2012's recruitment too. When the teachers got the jobs, they never could imagine that their fates will be changed like that. However, talking to Ranajit De, teachers' joint forum president told TIWN on the background of the judgment on Tuesday 'Honorable Supreme Court will judge as per the law but the main question is who is responsible for it'? 'It's Tripura Govt who is fully responsible for their fates '

‘Punishment should be given to the policy makers too as they are responsible for this condition. However, state govt must think about their livelihoods as it’s state govt who has been deprived qualified youths, said Ranajit De.

However, Earlier Assam, Orissa Govt were defeated in similar cases of irregularity of recruitment rules for Teachers’ post. The Fate of 10,323 UGT, GT and PGT teachers, now seems to depend on the next hearing of the Supreme Court (SC), which is today itself if any further delay is not happened.
