AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): After Supreme Court had ordered verification and cancellation of lawyers' certificates, alteast 200 layers' certificates were dropped by Tripura High Court. However, following the rule, like every year Lawyer's certificate exam was held at Tripura High Court on Sunday. However it was seen that lawyers were giving their exams, keeping books open and open cheating during the examination. Supreme Court after the notice, said that Bar Council of India will conduct the exam for lawyer's certificate where fresh candidates may also appeal. It's worthy to mention here that giving a major shock to the political figures, High Court has cancelled more than 200 lawyers’ Certification of registration including the name of Samir Barman, Sudip Barman, Subal Bhowmik, Ramendra Ch. Debnath on November 30.

Samir Barman was the former Congress CM in Tripura & his son Sudip Barman is now a renowned TMC leader. Subal Bhowmik all in all BJP, whereas Ramendra Ch. Nath is the Assembly speaker is a CPI-M fellow----who had no function with the HC since yrs, although they were occupying the position as HC lawyer. 

Including them more than 200 lawyers were proven as no-practiced in HC and following the allegation HC declared the important  judgment and reportedly in this exam the mentioned persons didn't attended.

 The bar council recently raised question on the qualification  and utilization of lawyers in court, which has emerged the situation here in Tripura. The 200 people from now, can't practice in any court, news source reported.

 It’s worthy to mention here that 30% of all lawyers in India are fake, holding fraudulent law degrees. After that the move kicked off in India which didn’t leave Tripura’s politicians also.  

Sudip Roy Barman, who is presently a politician of All India Trinamool Congress in  Tripura ws also the former President of the Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee, former Leader of Opposition in Tripura legislative assembly. He is the current MLA of Agartala assembly constituency, which he has held since 1998, winning in four elections consecutively by handsome margins.

 Congress also projected him as its CM candidate for 2013 elections. He is the son of former chief minister of Tripura Samir Ranjan Barman. With the cancel of his license a major blow has been received by the opposition TMC.

 Along with Sudip Barman, Samir Ranjan Barman’s license was cancelled.

However, more shockingly Ramendra Chandra Debnath’s license cancel was a bomb in the Assembly as he is the Assembly speaker now, belongs to ruling CPI-M.
