AGARTALA, March 25 (TIWN): Agartala City experiencing a flood-like situation after 1 hour consistent rain occurred on Saturday.

However, like every year there is no relief for the common people of Agartala during this monsoon and they have to pass the roads either sitting in a vehicle or folding their suits up the knee.

Even after plenty of funds were sanctioned for drainage and sewages, but there is no betterment to the condition under AMC Mayor Prafullajit Sinha and Urban Development Minister Manik Dey.

Whereas state is dreaming about a SMART City, but the reality has yet remained as same as the last year.
