AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): Tripura's lameduck MPs Jiten Chaudhury, Jharna Das Baidya, Sankar Prasad Dutta kept themselves busy in making political fortunes out of 3 cattle smugglers killing for attacking BSF personnel across Indo-Bangla border. CPI-M's politcal vendetta began after State BJP's immature leadership donated Rs 50,000 to 3 cattle smuggler families. All political parties now trying to make a fortune out of Tribal vote bank sympathy so no time was lapsed in shedding crocodile tears for 3 smugglers. State CPI-M and BJP are in competition to win the vote banks of Chittamara tribal families ahead of Assembly Election-2018. The competition is so high that before proving whether the died persons' are innocent or not, BJP has given compensation of Rs. 50,000/- to the deceased families.

Moreover, CPI-M has demanded more compensations  from the centre. Before  Biplab Deb could met Rajnath Singh, the CPI-M MPs had met him on Tuesday complaining him about the incident.

The nepotism of the parties are so high that they didn't bother to meet the BSF delegates, neither from any source they attempted to talk to the BSF HQ. Question raises why ? Answer is vote bank and the 'value of common people's sentiment', as BSF has not to contribute in vote-banks.

TIWN asked CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar how before proving anything party can compensate the families. But Bijan Dhar said, "The people are smuggler it has not been proven, it may be proven after 10 years, but the persons had died. It's yet to know whether the families are smugglers are not". TIWN further asked, "Then, it's not also proven that BSF intentionally killed them; so what will happen it later it proves that the deceased were not innocent ?", Dhar said, "It's proven that BSF killed them, now whether they were smugglers or not it will come later. BJP donated them from party fund, but we demand high level of inquiry and compensation to the victim families".

In this condition Tripura Home Minister cum  Chief Minister is yet silent as Manik Sarkar deputed his 3 MPs to bargain with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh for further compensations so that CPI-M can claim as better custodians for these Tribal smugglers.

Thus due to over politics in Tripura border areas, the BSF, Armies have become just an audience of the puppet show of politicians.

At Sonamura also same thing happening since decades, whereas border couldn't be possible due to few smuggling organizations active there, under CPI-M's shelter.

Politicization of BSF role is not only an insult to the nation, but also danger for the state's safety.

Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and Members of Parliament  Jiten Chaudhury, Jharna Das Baidya, Sankar Prasad Dutta's conduct not only smuggler friendly but their planned anti-national initiatives  causing irreparable damage to BSF's image and national security.
