AGARTALA, March 14 (TIWN): CPI-M MLAs undoubtedly having the best siesta of their lifetime as their ‘agent’ TMC leader Sudip Barman keeping opposition unity at bay. BJP State President Biplab Deb accused TMC leader Sudip Barman & family as CPI-M agents with the sole aim to protect CPI-M’s political future. Ruling party MLAs were seen having slumber all day at Assembly on Tuesday as BJP,TMC hitting potshots at each other. Without any lessons, leaders as Aghore Debbarma, MLA Anjan Das were found in deep sleep avoiding all kinds of clashes and chaos ongoing in the Assembly. Neither they became furious with any hitting comments, nor they have anything to do with developmental talks discussed there.

The Assembly 1st session for 2017 will be ended on Wednesday and thus many important discussions were done on Tuesday including internet connectivity and bandwidth which has failed to supply a seamless internet service in state till day.

The discussion also stressed upon the railway networks’ expansion in state further, including Dharanagar to Agartala route via Kailashahar-Kamalpur-Khowai-Mohonpur. Oppositions also raised questions about the poor traffic arrangement across the state, pathetic condition of roads, resulting many accidents.

But these discussions blew over the CPI-M leaders’ heads as they were busy in ‘dozing off’ in midday in assembly.

Even though State Police busy after political clashed, administration is busy to maintain peace during board exam, students-parents are undergoing tensions due to the political clash emerged among 2 opposition parties suddenly on Monday.

However, with the weather changing from cooler to summer, the leaders might were feeling a kind of summer vacations, even after posting of so many new items in dailies against such activities. However, if ruling party MLAs continue to sleep like this, voters may send them for permanent vacations.

Thus, when Tripura is undergoing tensions, emergency like situation has gripped the state, state’s leaders have turned Assembly as their paradise for resting. Such leaders will not fight in the Assembly, neither raise question and in this way they are maintaining the peace in the Assembly.
