AGARTALA, March 5 (TIWN): Evenafter much pressure from the Central Govt. there is no relief from multiple corruptions under Tripura PWD Dept. Like Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, Minister Badal Choudhury who strives a lot to maintain his clean image to woe the vote banks, often blasts Govt Officials, Doctors openly before the mass; but in reality he remains just as a mute spectator behind the curtain, while rampant corruptions are undergoing in his PWD Dept. Reportedly, Kailashahar’s Radhakishore Institution’s new building left incomplete after 3 years of the work had begun. But PWD Dept has no headache about the deadline’s crossing. The building construction began in 2014, but since many days the work has been stopped fully. Moreover in the half done building the students are doing classes, which is quite risky.

In the old and new building’s joint there is 2 / 3 inches of gap. A minimum negligence can put any student in that trap. Although teachers know the issue, but it remained without any action. One o the students parents then took the issue to District Magistrate and requested to take action as fast as possible.

In 2014, the foundation stone was laid for the building by Education Minister Tapan Chakraborty. Although later PWD Minister ordered the dept. to finish the incomplete works but he never bothered to visit there.

Like that many works at Kailashahar have left half done in dangerous shape, but due to the extreme negligence the works even after crossing the deadline left unfinished. Moreover, quality of the works also matters.
