AGARTALA, Feb 24 (TIWN): Heavy market price was observed at Agartala giving no relief for Shiv Ratri Celebration.

The fruits and vegetable prices were hiked massively and also the demand for milk, flowers and other items raised up. 

Not only for this Shiv Ratri, but since 2 years every celebrations are becoming costly in Tripura.

However amidst high price there was no lack of enthusiasm among the common people, especially women.
