AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): Civil Disobedience Movement led by Tripura Trinamool has hit the Capital City on Thursday.

A huge number of police, TSR, CRPF were deployed at Agartala.

Police defend used water cannons to control the angry protesters.

Protesters tried to push the long-blocked bridges, but police, TSR and CRPF managed the situation.

This movement was fueled in the presence of West Bengal Panchayat Minister Shyamal Santra.

From Tripura MLA Sudip Barman, MLA Asish Saha, MLA Biswabandhu Sen lead the protest.

Among the Youth Trinamool leader Viki Prasad and Sushanta Choudhury led around 10,000 TMC supporters.
