AGARTALA, Feb 18 (TIWN): With the direction of the CPI-M leaders and in the name of student union everyday there are some events where the school, college students are participating in political campaigning against their wills. By force the students are stretching out of classed and SFI is letting all the students to get out of class rooms almost everyday on the peak hours of their classes. The helpless teachers working under Tripura Govt hardly protest against such activities and allow the SFI leaders to enter anytime inside the school. At 11 AM, on Saturday the students were brought out of classes and all gathered before Agartala Town Hall amidst heated sunlight. Reportedly, the students were dictated to join again in the evening in another conference at Agartala. However, when media raise such questions the DYFI leaders like Amal Chakraborty says that people should not have any problem with that as this is not a political campaigning…but just students’ protest’.

However, SFI leaders on Saturday from beginning to end of their speeches before Agartala town-hall blasted the Central Govt for its Education policy. But to listen their Anti-Modi remarks they couldn’t find any member rather than hapless school children.

SFI is so much failure to gain popularity among Tripura School students that they didn’t organize this rally on Sunday, but when the school began on a working day, without any prior notice all of a sudden the students were made out of classes.

SFI leader Nilanjana Roy claimed, “The Central Govt is giving only 2 rupees per students whereas the state govt is giving 21 rupees”. “So, what’s the reason that SFI will not support the CPI-M Govt?”, she asked the students.

Tripura CPI-M MP Shankar Prasad Dutta also participated in that rally and lectured the students how the Modi Govt is spoiling the school education system across the Nation.

However, this are nothing as the Election is knocking the door after all. Across Tripura such rallies numbers are spiking up.

When ABVP or NSUI or TMCP hold any protest in class hours they are called ‘unruly’, but the students reading in Tripura Govt schools and colleges are so much tied up with the SFI chains that against their wishes the they are bound to follow the politics instead of classes.
