SABROOM, Feb 11 (TIWN): Most of the ATMs under Sabroom subdivision are running out of Cash and reportedly remained closed for last few weeks.

Bankers said that due to net connectivity most of the Bank branches remain non functional.

Common people unable to withdraw cash as ATMs remain nonfunctional.

The non-functional ATMs generated huge resentment among the common men.
