AGARTALA, Jan 27 (TIWN): In whole India, for the first time citing example the Chit Fund office workers held silent protest before CM's residence and this incident was occurred on Friday before Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar's residence. When Rose Valley Park was doing free business under the shelter of CPI-M Governance and with a surprise the Park business went up in 2015-16 FY when more than 6 lakhs of Tax relaxation was given to the park business. But when oppositions disclosed about the free business of Rose Valley even after other states as parks, companies, buildings were seized; then all of sudden Tripura Govt seized the Rose Valley park on January 21st evening. When the park was locked, many staffs had lost their jobs and in this condition 2 of the staff representatives met Tripura CM Manik Sarkar. But as per the report, CM said, “Not only Rose Valley, all the chit fund companies have been closed across the state. I am helpless in this cases, neither I can give any comment’. But Tripura all the opposition parties alleged that the Chief Minister himself is responsible for the rampant chit fund business in Tripura since the year 2001.

Before Rose Valley was inaugurated in Tripura in 2008, already other chit fund groups had spread their networks across the state. Whether, CPI-M leaders were involved in that scam directly or not it's not clear, but many MLAs, MPs were framed in various inaugural session of those companies.

Opposition parties in Tripura directly accused Manik Sarkar for not only promoting Rose Valley but also alleged that he was directly involved in that scam. However the depositors hit before Sarkar's resident at Marx Angel Sarani and schedule to stage demonstration for hours.

This was the first time that common people sought reason from the Chief Minister after 8 years of Rose Valley scam.

This incident occurred due to the pressure of the opposition parties to conduct CBI inquiry against Rose Valley and to seize its properties. When the Tripura Government was allowing a fully tax free business to Rose Valley group of Agency in Tripura, even after multiple objections and criticisms but all of a sudden with the pressure of oppositions and the continuous CBI inquiry threat has compelled the State Govt to take some minimum action against the Rose Valley.

On January 1st the Rose Valley building which is standing beside Rabindra Bhawan and the Entertainment Park both were seized. Reportedly, the Sadar administration led by DCM Debashish Das had seized all the properties under Sadar on Saturday. Along with that Malabati Tea garden 207 Ekar, Bordowali Flat, Rose Valley Park all were seized all of a sudden.

Although the Administration tried to hide the activity from media, but it was disclosed by secret sources.
