AGARTALA, Jan 20 (TIWN): 23rd January which means a lot for Bengal as well as Tripura too has never been observed here in such a grand manner which it should be, athough with the initiative of Netaji Netaji Subhas Vidya Niketan the grand tradition is followed every year.
In this regard preparation on peak at Agartala Netaji School. Students are busy in daily rehearsals, parades practicing and cleaning the school premises.
Like every year, the main function will be observed at Netaji Subhas Vidya Niketan school, Agartala.
Subhash Chandra Bose was an Indian nationalist and famous by the title Netaji, born on 23rd of January in the year 1897 in the Cuttack, Orissa Division of Bengal Province.
Between 1920s and 1930s, he was a leader of the Indian National Congress and became the Congress President from 1938-1939. Later he was expelled from the Congress in the year 1939 and sited under the house arrest by the British.
