AGARTALA, Jan 19 (TIWN): A section of Tripura Tribal Youths are now going rudderless as no proper direction for their imaginary Twipraland is showing by any polictal parties.

More than 100 IPFT youths joined in BJP giving a major jolt to the imaginary Twipra Land of IPFT, the youths of IPFT have massively joined in BJP on December 11.

However, few of them are again joining back in IPFT. In a press meet the youths of IPFT claimed that either its BJP or CPI-M, nobody is in support of Twipra Land, so no point of staying with them.

It’s worthy to mention here that the IPFT youth forum has been dismissed as they joined BJP led by the President of Youth IPFT Pabindra Jamatia, Working President David Murasing, Neuton Koloi had joined in BJP with an announcement declared by BJP State President Biplab Deb welcomed the youths in the party and said to move together towards development.

But in the press meet on Thursday, the Youth Forum of IPFT said that Pabindra Jamatia & David Murasing were suspended from the party long back and then they joined BJP.

The Indigenous Peoples Front of Tripura was a political party in Tripura. Formed on June 9, 1997 when the Tripura Hill People's Party and Tripura Tribal National Conference merged. Initially the Tripura National Volunteers of Bijoy Hrangkwal was supposed to merge into the IPFT, but they withdrew from the project. 

However, getting no support from Central and State Govt. the Tribals are joining from that party to this party in a rudderless move.
