AGARTALA, Jan 7 (TIWN):Tripura Govt ignored Rose Valley group for any investigations, then why among 70 chit fund rows in Tripura, the State govt is showing concerns about only Rose Valley suddenly? Is Manik Sarkar’s close coterie getting scared after Trinamool Congress MPs, Ministers arrest by CBI in Kolkata ?Tripura opposition parties led by TMC complained to Prime Minister Modi about ManikSarkar’s intimacy with Rose Valley Chit fund group.Why suddenly State Govt showing interest to reach out to Rose Valley Chit Fund victims whereas another 69 Chit-fund companies looted in Tripura but CBI never took any interest to shatter CPI-M’s last citadel Tripura. On last 12th May, 2013, total 10 reports were sent to CBI for inquiry from State Govt, among them 3 reports only were belonged to the Rose Valley, among them one report was sent without any data & the rest of 2 were sent mentioning Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 5,400’s amount.

CBI seeing the total amount only Rs. 15,400 declined to take the case and replied this small amount will not come under CBI inquiry.ManikGovt’s manipulation of complaints to CBI helped Tripura CPI-M Ministers and Rose Valley Tripura kingpins to escape jaws of prosecution.

Then in that last Assembly, Manik Sarkar told the opposition, “……please keep patience in Chit fund case. We have to figure out the whole amount which has been looted by the chit fund companies from the common people’.

However after 5-6 yrs of passage now the CID has called upon the depositors to submit documents whereas what will be done with those documents, it’s not clear. 

Rose Valley is  7 times more ponzi scam than Sarada and country’s highest ever chit fund group, but eventhough opposition party’s raised voice to run direct CBI investigation in Tripura Rose Valley scam, but at the ruling showed never interest in it, rather it preferred Tripura Police, SIT in it.

After the failure of Tripura Police, High Court ordered SIT to submit fresh report on the chit fund scams. But crossing the last date for submission of  chargesheet, SIT has miserably shown its capacity for investigation. Day by day the data, sources are losing but Tripura Govt is happy with the slow progress of SIT investigation.

But presently no action is taken against Tripura’s massive chit fund frauds as SIT again fails to submit chargesheet on July 31^st  at High Court.  All of the 70 chit fund cases lying dead under SIT.

But the direct CBI investigation if started soon may bring few hopes in the development of the investigation.

Thus question arises, is it a trap to take away the original documents of the Rose Valley investors?
