KOLKATA / AGARTALA, Sep 29 (TIWN): BJP,TMC and other parties taken up massive protests against CPI-M’s anti-national propaganda nationwide. Bengal BJP State Secretary Joyprakash Majumder said “ CPI-M is India’s worst enemy internally apart from external enemies China and Pakistan. Not only that, CPI-M Party involved in anti-national activities, funded by China and Pakistan to de-stabilize Indiaâ€. Tripura CM’s anti-national comments by calling India’s foreign policy towards South Asian nations as “Dada Giriâ€, then blasting Indian Govt for all problems in front of foreign countries representatives from Bangladesh, Russia, Myanmar in ‘Northeast Connectivity Summit’ held at Agartala on Sep 21-23, 2016. Although Tripura CM’s hitting comments against Indian Prime Minister has branded him an anti-national but whatever was said, Manik Sarkar has not yet apologized, instead repeated same outbursts. Opposition leader Sudip Roy Barman when asked CM the reason behind such disrespectful comments, but CM said, “Whatever I said, I said in cool mindâ€.
Manik's comments against own country is acceptable in a national gathering, but before outsiders from Japan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Mayanmar, Russia CM’s speech was shocking.
Manik shouted in Sep 21, “Northeast states are suffering from Terrorism, & but the persons at Centre are Exploiting Northeast ! This is the reason why groups are emerging demanding Independent India”.
“They never wanted Northeast to upgrade”, CM continued his tirades against Indian Govt in front of foreign govt officials.
Manik Sarkar crossing all his limits attacked PM Modi, referring with partisan issues of India-Pakistan, Independent issues and CM indicated that BJP is a result of all such groups.
Tripura CM also mentioned about NE’s groups who are demanding separate Northeast just because of the Prime Minister.
But when Trinamool protested, Manik Sarkar calling Trinamool as BJP’s agent said, “I said the right thing. I’m Indian & I have no repent about what I said”.
