AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Sep 24 (TIWN): Quite shockingly, like a loose dog barking on the street, CPI-M’s Tripura Lord didn’t blink even once before calling Indian Prime Minister’s ‘Act East’ Policy a garbage, then blaming Indian Govt for high-handedness in North East India, criticizing Indian Foreign Policy in South East Asia, then calling Industrialists as exploiters in recently held Sep 21-23 FICCI Industry Summit. Various officials and dignitaries were shell shocked by these ill-mannered rubbish from Tripura CM who barely qualifies as an educated person due to his poor educational credentials. No State Chief Minister can comment on national foreign policy, then attack Central Govt in International gatherings. Its only possible by anti-national CPI-M Party, which has a history anti-national activities since Indo-China war in 1962 when it supported China. Manik Sarkar is no exception as Communist CM’s goal is showing India in poor light and supporting all anti-Indian propaganda.

Even though the Left stands almost decimated across country but its octogenarian junk minded politburo members, a lone CM like Manik Sarkar in no mood to stop Anti-national activities, maligning India’s image. Prominent national medias like Anandabazar, Telegrapgh all condemned Manik Sarkar for maligning India's image and stepping out of boundary of an ordinary Chief Minister.

CPI-M, its mainstream face, recorded its worst electoral performance since its formation in 1964, winning just nine seats in present Lok Sabha. In West Bengal, where it ruled for over three decades, it got two — the same number as it did in Tripura and bagged mere five seats in Kerala.

CPI-M Politburo members never bother to open their eyes to read the stark reality around them, no one cares in Indis whether CPI-M politically exists of not.

The CPI-M has urged the government in Dec'2015 not to sign agreements with the US that will make India "a subordinate military ally" of Washington.

An editorial in the CPI-M journal "People's Democracy" in Dec'15 quoted Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar as saying that New Delhi was ready to give the US access to Indian military bases and ports. It also quoted media reports as suggesting that Parrikar had conveyed to his US counterpart Ashton Carter that India had an open mind on the Logistics Support Agreement (LSA).

"The BJP government should not sign these agreements which will limit India's sovereignty, impair its strategic autonomy and make India a subordinate military ally of the US, it said.

The Communist Party of India-Marxist said the Left had in 2005 opposed the LSA and also the Communication and Information Security Memorandum of Agreement (CISMOA).

The LSA would have led to the US armed forces using Indian airbases and naval ports for their military operations.

The CISMOA was to integrate the communication networks of the Indian and US armed forces."If these agreements had been acceded to, then India would have become a full-fledged military ally of the US."The editorial said the Narendra Modi government seemed eager to join the US military alliance.

"There have been clear indications in this direction."It said: "The Americans have been taking the position that various components of high technology cannot be given to India without India signing up on to these two agreements.

"The Modi government, in its eagerness to involve the US in joint production of defence equipment, is being cajoled into compromising national sovereignty and the integrity of the armed forces.

"Allowing the US armed forces to use the naval ports and airbases for servicing, re-fuelling and maintenance is going to mark a radical break from the independent status of the country so far that it won't be part of any military alliance.

"The efforts to operationalise and integrate the systems of the two armed forces will lock-in the Indian armed forces to the American defence structures," it said.

However no one in Modi Govt or in Political circles even bothered to take note of CPI-M's anti-national campaigns.

Manik Sarkar was heavily blasted in national medias for his stupidity.

Anandabazar Patrika(below) questioned Tripura CM's decency and arrogance of challenging Central Govt in front of Foreign Delegates.

Manik Sarkar's only succes in FICCI organized 3 Day summit is spoiling relations further with Industrialists, Indian Govt and other developed nations like USA.

Tripura CM proven beyond doubt that CPI-M doesn't want Industrialists, Investments, developing economy, employment generations,  neither strengthening North East by following 'Act East' Policy to develop the backward region.
