AGARTALA, Sep 23 (TIWN): Manik Sarkar’s anti-national speech on Thursday at NE Industry Summit has finally damaged his image nationally, which was proved when Assembly sought reason behind his hurting speech against the National Pride and Indian Prime Minister. Opposition leader Sudip Roy Barman asked Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, “Why you delivered such hitting comments(against Indian PM, Indian Foreign Policy) before the Foreign delegates at Pragna Bhawan?” On Thursday, CM rushed to NE Industry summit to attack Indian Govt, Indian PM, Indian Foreign Policy in front of Foreign Govt officals after NITI Aayog member Bibek DebRoy chided Manik Sarkar, Tapan Chakraborty, Chief Secretary, Industry Secretary for misleading and uttering false statistics about infrastructure & development in Tripura. Agitated CM went the business summit and spoiled the theme, he hit the Prime Minister of India & called the Central Govt. as traitor, which spoiled the image of Country before foreign delegates. CM also at Business summit in front of foreign delegates, raised domestic issues including terrorism, the drawbacks of the states, State-Central clashes. Breaking all the protocols Manik Sarkar crossed his limits & his uncontrolled tongue was blasting PM Modi referring his forefathers with partisan issues of India-Pakistan.

Whereas Bangladesh Industry Minister praised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi & thanked India for staying with Bangladesh in hardtimes, Tripura Chief Minister was talking in communist voice and exposed all his hatred against BJP Govt.

Praising Modi, Bangaldesh Industry Minister said, “Bangladesh –India relationship which was strongly founded by our Father of the  Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, became more strengthened under the dynamic leadership of Narendra Modi,  Prime Minister of India”.

Manik Sarkar’s most hurting comment was, “Due to such a Central Govt. few groups are asking for separate Northeast !”  Manik Sarkar also talked in support of people who want  independent Northeast.

When such issues were raised in Assembly, Manik Sarkar said, “I have no repent. I am not a traitor, whatever I said I said in cool mind.”

“I’m Indian”, Manik Sarkar shouted.

In protest TMC walked out of Assembly.

However, before Assembly had condemned Manik’s speech - TRIPURA INFOWAY  media first raised the topic immediately after his speech. During Mnaik Sarkar’s speech many journalists came out of hall-no 1 at Pragna Bhawan where the programme was delivering his anti-nationalist speech.

Many delegates from Bhutan, Japan, Russia, Bangladesh, Russia came in that summit--- can Manik Sarkar take back his words? As a Chief Minister his speech was nothing but an Anti-Nationalist, who was busy with Anti-India propaganda.

In Assembly when the summit issue was raised Chief Minister lost his mind again & said, “TMC is nothing but agents of BJP”.  Manik Sarkar was furiously saying, “Whatever I said, I said rightly”.

The day is not far when Tripura's people will start spitting on all communist anti-nationals for their hatred toward Indian Prime Minister & Central Govt.
