AGARTALA, Sep 22 (TIWN): Bangladesh Industry Minister Alhaj Amir Hossain Amu thanked Narendra Modi for his dynamic decisions to make deals with Bangladesh and said that the deals have benefited the country a lot.Mentioning about the MoUs with Bangladesh, the Industry Minister thanked PM Modi for his historical visit in 2015 which upgraded the relation between two countries & connecting Bangladesh via Northeast.“India and Bangladesh have bonded by historical relationship and also culturally we are very close to each other”, said Amu. "Bangladesh attaches the highest importance to its relation with India in the spirit of good neighbourliness. Bangladesh-India relationship which was strongly founded by our Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, became more strengthened under the dynamic leadership of Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India”, Amu added.Bangladesh Industry Minister also mentioned, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s historic visit to Bangladesh in June 2015 has taken the relationship to an unprecedented height. Through resolution of the Land Boundary Agreement (LBA)the two countries have shown to the world yet again that issues neighbor whatever complex they appear can be resolve through mutual goodwill and a spirit of friendship and good neighborliness”.
