AGARTALA, Sep 18 (TIWN): In a press meet held at BJP office on Sunday BJP state Observer Sunil Deodhar said that on 20th Sep BJP to hold protest at Civil Secretariat with 11 charters of demands.
Already in 8 Districts deputations have been placed before DMs.
The demands are :
1. To stop corruption under PMAY & to do fair with the beneficiary list,
2. Direct CBI investigation to chit fund, and to return back the money to the deprived people,
3. To pay salary as per the Central scale,
4. To increase the allowance for various social organizations,
5. CBI investigation against 23rd August incident,
6. To regularize the job,
7. Farmers to be benefited fully under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Bima Yojna,
8. To direct supply of Central Govt. fund for SC/ ST Welfare to the concerned Dept.
9. REGA wage to be hike upto Rs. 250/-
10. To modify the History book under TBSE for class 9, 10, to improve roadway condition, & health service
11. To diminish crime against women.
Along with Deodhar, BJP member also Senior Lawyer Arun Kanti Bhowmik was present.
