NIL Industrialization spiked up Tripura’s unemployment : Industry Minister inaugurated new ITI

KAMALPUR, Sep 15 (TIWN): In a pompous celebration, the newly constructed ITI building was inaugurated on Thursday by Industries and Commerce Minister Tapan Chakraborty.

In this program, two local MLAs Anjan Das and Bijoy Lakshmi Sinha were present. Besides, Industries and Commerce Director V.G. Jenner, Chairperson of Kamalpur Nagar Panchayat Subrata Bhattcharjee, Vice Chairperson Khana Das and Durgachowmuhani BAC Chairman Sanjit Debbarma were also present. The speakers delivered their speeches in the presidentship of Durgachowmuhani Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Manabendra Deb.

During his long speech, Minister Tapan Chakraborty slammed the Centre for anti-people policies and trumpeted the success saga of the state government. Further, he slammed the opposition parties for creating nuisance and chaos in the state. He also called for public awareness about those parties. However, during the speeches of the guests, the loudspeakers found to be run on hook line.

However he didn’t mention that under his regime in Industry Dept. Tripura’s engineers are facing hard time, as Tripura is performing miserably due to lack of Industry.  

It might be mentioned here that, the ITI building was constructed at the cost of 9, 18, 00, 000 rupees on 2040 sq. metre area. It would be able to intake 320 students in full time courses along with additional short time courses.

At present, the ITI is conducting two short term courses with 40 students. Anjan Debbarman, the Principal of Ambassa ITI got the additional charge of Principal of this ITI. Two more faculties got appointed for conducting classes.
