AGARTALA, Sep 15 (TIWN): Public eagerly waiting for the next hearing dateforrapist TCS officer Panna Ahmed case, who is presently in Jail since August 14. SP West Abhijit Saptarshitalking to TIWN over phone said that court has not sent any notice yet about the next hearing of Panna Ahmed. However Police submitted the chargesheet in August monthwhich is under trail. This sensitive case is being investigated by Dy SP Olivia Debbarma,also the chargesheet was filed by her. As with other cases involving CPI-M’s powerful people, public are worried if Panna secures a bail 3rd Hearing. Tripura Women Police force has miserably failed to make at least few solid chargesheets against the victims either it’s a rape case or murder or any household issue. Unfortunately, a shocking story about Panna Ahmed rape case is now spreading from mouth to mouth, and allegations are lodged at Women Police Station.However, loopholes in investigation is ensured, as Police have already submitted the chargesheet to the court and like every cases, including high profile MGNREGA Rs 17 crores scamBimal Chakraborty case, after 3 months Panna Ahmed likely to get bail.

CPI-M bigheads are circulating a coconated story of Panna Ahmed’s rape case where the victim was actual culprit : The victim, who lodged an FIR actually having relation with Panna Ahmed since many years. She and her husband demanded around Rs. 10 lakhs from Panna Ahmed. As Panna couldn’t give that amount, they lodged that false FIR against Panna Ahmed. Moreover, question arebeing  raised against the woman, for visiting Panna Ahmed’s home alone !

Now question arises, if Panna Ahmed was innocent, why did he escape? Does anyone run from own state just because an FIR has been lodged against a TCS officer ? Who spread the story? Is this story practically possible that a husband is asking for money from his wife’s friend?

Tripura Civil Service officer Panna Ahmed was suspended after an FIR was lodged against him alleging that he had raped a woman, official sources said today. Also Panna Ahmed had many allegations including illegal land grabbing, smuggling during his tenure as the SDM of Sonamura.

Panna is also a relative of Tripura Sports Minister Sahid Choudhury, who made Panna Ahmed as the Joint Secretary of Youth & Sports Affairs just before  one week of the rape allegation brought against him.

Sahid Choudhury’s wife is also sister of Terrorist Mamun Mia, who is rotting  at Kolkata Jail now.

Panna Ahmed belongs to powerful ganja-drug Islamic radical mafia ruling Boxnagar, Sonamura zones.

However, after the rape around 3 weeks Panna Ahmed was escaped from the state. Due to media pressure, under West SP Abhijit Saptarshi, Panna Ahmed was arrested from Assam.

However, court has sent him to suffer JC, but police haven’t yet given any clue about Panna’s chargesheet and now the rumour and sympathetic story created in support of the Rapist showing the probable movement of the case based on Tripura Police’s chargesheet.
