AGARTALA, Sep 14 (TIWN): Lethargy develops from Govt Jobs and the competition you can never feel when you are doing Govt. jobs, says Bandhan Bank CEO Chandra Sekhar Ghosh at Dipa Karmakar’s felicitation progaramme at Hotel Sonar Tori, Agartala.

“You can never give your best from your capacity in Govt organization”, he said.

“Due to lack of competition it happens”, he said.

However he during an interview with TIWN correspondent he mentioned that there are 4 Ds which may upgrade you as : 1) Discipline : To get up in right time and to do all works in time is the key to success, 2) Dedication : If you want something go for it, rather than depending on the Govt. or Parents to do it for you, 3) Determination : to achieve something and 4) Divine spirit which makes you perfect.
