Manik Sarkar has chosen to appoint a retired tainted IAS officer S.K.Panda to head all important ‘National Skill Development Mission’.

Manik Sarkar quite successfully turned Modi Govt’s noble mission of ‘national skill development’ by appointing useless tainted officers so that Tripura’s unemployment problem spikes further high. As of 31st January 2016 data released by Tripura Govt, total number of unemployed youths remain at 7 lakhs approx.

Due to the increase of unemployed youth in the State, the progress of the State is at bottom level.

Every year thousands of graduates are passing out and with the passing days the demand for higher education is rising in state. But lake of industry, Nil progress in IT the unemployment toll is spiked up.

Tripura CM engaged corrupt ex-IAS officer S.K.Pandato head all important ‘National Skill Development Mission’ in state.

Manik Sarkar quite successfully turned Modi Govt’s noble mission of ‘national skill development’ by appointing useless tainted officers so that Tripura’s unemployment problem spikes further high. As of 31st January 2016 data released by Tripura Govt, total number of unemployed youths remain at 7 lakhs approx.

The Skill development project  however covers many sectors which was begun on May 15th , 2015 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day.

Although funds are allocating from the centre, no guideline are followed in Tripura to bring real skill-development, unless it ends with few fund allocations.

Tripura Govt has no interest to take hurry decision to achieve skilling at scale with speed and standards. That’s why from JICA to self-help groups  failed to cure unemployment..

Few instructions were suggested as guidelines by the centre for skill development :  (i) Institutional Training, (ii) Infrastructure, (iii) Convergence, (iv) Trainers, (v) Overseas Employment, (vi) Sustainable Livelihoods, (vii) Leveraging Public Infrastructure.

But S.K.Panda’spost-retirement plum position as Vice-Chairman of State Skill Development mission is nothing but few 5 minutes seminars and looting central funds, without judging the background of unemployment in state.

Its a shame that, CPI-M Govt’s23 years rule failed to address massive unemployment in state, but cunning Chief Minister left no platforms untouched  to fool public on International Literacy Day celebration at RabindraBhavan.
