KAMALPUR, Sep 8 (TIWN): The government undertaking service provider BSNL got back into its service after long 15 days of collapse from 23rd August last.

Thousands of consumers of Kamalpur exchange suffered severely for those days.

On 23rd August last, the BSNL land line service suddenly collapsed in the sub-division. Almost 350 land telephones under Kamalpur exchange ceased to work. Moreover, the internet facility also started to fluctuate.

Hence, the faster and urgent communication from this sub-division collapsed.  The internet, fax and landline facility collapsed.

But the local officials of Kamalpur BSNL exchange could say nothing about the restoration. The exchange got no officer, lacked staffs and infrastructure.

Due to the negligence of the higher authority, the local staffs had to wait for the signal of the higher authority for every single work. And teh situation turned so grave that, the connectivity might collapse at any time again. The service of BSNL turned into a mockery in the sub-division.
