AGARTALA, Aug 11 (TIWN): Although Agartala Municipality has announced that if within 3 days TMC house is not breaking down thenAMC will evict it, but after 1 month passed there is no action.

Although as per the Court’s notice TMC house to be evicted on July 5, but after more than 1 month passed the illegally constructed TMC house has not been evicted.  On Thursday AMC employees visited TMC Bhawan and measured the area.

It’s worthy to mention here that AMC Mayor Prafulljit Sinha has noticed TMC that their newly constructed TMC Bhawan is fully illegally constructed. This house was made violating the rules and regulations of Municipality.

However in the era of Coalition Ministry this Indira Bhawan was the centre for youth Congress’s gathering point and the plot number was-490, Shit number-14, Ledger -581, said Saha.

Thus it’s worthy to mention, although Sudip Roy Barman during speech on Thursday claimed that the land was given by Ashish Saha, but according to AMC data, in total 8 persons are the owner of the land. They are : Prabir Kanti Roy, Pranab Kanti Roy, Partha Roy, Sathi Roy, Rakhi Roy, Hemprabha Roy, Subal Bhowmik and Ashish Saha.

Talking recently to Ashish Saha he said, “I have received notice to demolish the newly built house within 3 days, otherwise AMC will abolish the home after 3 days”.

“Earlier I could not be present in court, but I sent my advocate there”, said Ashish Saha. In this regard Ashish Saha said, “My presence or absence in is not the issue actually, but AMC Mayor is instructed by CPI-M leaders of state”, said Ashish Saha.

“The same place was earlier also TMC Bhawan, but then the Govt. had no problem”, added Saha.

“As it will be Sunday, so on Monday AMC will come  and try to evict our home surely”, added Ashish Saha.

Ashish Saha further commented, “This home was already there, now it has been just repaired with a new name as TMC Bhawan”. But because of political purpose AMC Mayor has decided to evict the party office, as a part of political gain.

However, According to AMC, before building this TMC Bhawan the party members didn’t take AMC’s permission.

Now when the eviction will be started it’s to be seen.
