AGARTALA / DHAKA, Aug 6 (TIWN): Bangladesh is moving to create a digital country and govt. is trying to globally connect the country with rest of India.
Online visa application to online train booking—in all these sectors Bangladesh is developing faster. It was said by Bangladesh 2nd High Commissioner Mh. Iqbal Hossain on Saturday at Visa office.
He also said that Bangladesh generating enough power and slowly shaping into a digital country, while he was mentioning about the online visa porecss.
Bangladesh Government planned to digitize all forms of social safety payments to citizens, and all forms of fees that citizens make to the government for services.
Around the world, creating an economy where digital payments are widely available is gaining recognition from many governments as a means to reduce costs, increase transparency and in turn, advance financial inclusion and inclusive economic growth.
Addressing the press meet Hossain said, Indo-Bangla relation is presently on its highest positive level. The diplomatic relation between the countries needs to be further developed with commercial relation.
