AGARTALA, July 22 (TIWN): Amidst poor condition of Education System in the state, Minister Manik Dey on Friday inaugurated the new office building of Sishu Nikentan HS School at Ranir Bazar .

Minister Manik Dey was accompanied by Deputy Speaker Pabitra Kar.

Poor condition of school, including lack teacher, poor drinking water facility, lack of benches and most importantly crippled school infrastructure has taken a toll on the education system of the state.

However, it is to be mentioned here that the government is busy in opening school but no intervention in the name of education provided to the students. In most of the schools of the rural areas it is seen that, poor condition has hit the education system of the school.

The tall claims made by the ministerial bench authority to make the state 100 percent literate turns bleak with the deplorable condition of the schools in various interior parts of the state. Tripura literacy stands at 96.86% question arises amidst crisis of education how is the state making this target possible.

According to the report, it has been found that the education system has been running into poor condition due to lack of teachers. The elementary education which is the major challenge for the State Government has become a matter of joke.

As we all know that teachers are the persons who deliver knowledge to the students and also make them learn the basics of the education but the place where there is lack teachers how can the innocent meet their basic needs of education.

The schools of the state are already facing the hit of teacher crisis and the government is busy in making tall claims of quality education.
