AGARTALA, July 21 (TIWN): Manik Sarkar’s CPI-M manipulating High Court’s order of disbursing 31% long pending DA to hapless Govt employees as a tool to pile up crores of Party funds in the name of fighting case in Supreme Court. Tripura Govt. was ordered by High Court to pay 31 % DA unless the govt. doesn’t adopt any Pay Commission recommendations rather than Pay review committees. But the cunning Manik Sarkar instead of giving 31% DA challenging the High Court order by appealing in SC to deprive the employees further. After the order of High Court, 4% DA was released by the state government though nearly 50% more is pending. However CPI-M statewide now asked Govt employees to either pay Rs 800 for ‘Supreme Court’ legal fees or face blacklisting i.e. transfer to remote places. Manik Sarkar decided now to squeeze more out of State Govt employees in the name of Supreme Court fees even though all these crores of funds will enrich the Party funds.

Source informed that CPI-M has decided to collect over Rs  8 to 10 crores from the employees as donations.

Already this extortion cum ‘DONATION’ drive began at school level. Alongwith extortion drive, Party-cadres also warned  teachers that who decides not to pay, all these blacklisted teachers will be transferred to remote forest areas.

High Court has ordered Manik Sarkar Govt to pay the 31 % DA due since 1/1/2009 to 27/8/2011, in 3 installments. So the first installment supposed to start from 1/7/2016. But instead of receiving expected DA, Chief Minister issued a mere 4% DA to employees.

It’s worthy to mention here that Manik Sarkar and his CPI-M Party will never come out of their begging bowl and extortionist attitude.

Tripura’s CPI-M Govt however has decided ‘Not to’ implement the 7th pay commission in state till the Red-Party is in power.

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, the mastermind of all Govt policies in Tripura is an expert to innovate excuses for not-implementing the Central pay commission recommendations, so that central funds can be diverted again and again towards CPI-M party funds.
