AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, July 20 (TIWN): DM Gomati Sonal Goel’s journey to corruption began back in 2010 when this IAS officer cajoled upon Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, then Forest Minister Jitendra Chaudhury to accommodate her unemployed, inexperienced husband Aditya Singh Yadav to the coveted post of Company secretary in Public Sector TFDPC (Tripura Forest Development Corporation) in October 2010. Prior to that, Aditya Yadav was working as ordinary trainee at Red Sox Hotel in Delhi as search was on for a honeypot position via his wife’s mercy at Tripura. Quite surprisingly, dodging all norms and regulations, Tripura’s CPI-M Govt appointed Aditya Singh Yadav as Company Secretary on October 2010 contract basis with a monthy salary of Rs 20,000/- (official verification letter attached). Tripura Govt and TFDPC never published any advertisements, no selection process, no interviews, no normal process was followed in selection and appointment of Aditya Yadav as Company Secretary of TFDPC. Question arises what Sonal Goel did to impress upon Manik Sarkar and then Forest Minister Jiten Chaudhury to bag such a coveted position of Company Secretary Job without any experience in any Govt or Public Sector organization ?

DM Gomati Sonal Goel never arrived Tripura to serve Tripura but to use Tripura and leave State at the earliest opportunity.

Sonal Goel continuously petitioned to leave Tripura but Central Govt repeatedly denied her requests for transfers out of Tripura (evidence attached below).

It is proven beyond doubt that this IAS officer never wanted to work in Tripura or serve Tripura people as she always wanted to leave State.

So, this wily IAS officer got her fanclub opened by Gomati District’s sycophant officials, journalists so that Central Govt believes in all her show-off activities.

TRIPURA INFOWAY placed these 3 questions to TFDPC Managing Director, also filed RTI  for these 3 questions but authorities avoided all direct answers to cover this nepotism, massive corruption by IAS officer Sonal Goel.

1. What is the criteria of appointing COMPANY Secretary (CS) in a public sector like TFDPC  (Tripura Forest Development Corporation) ?

2. How come a newcomer like Aditya Yadav was appointed Company Secretary in Oct 2010 with only 1 yr exp. in a ordinary Delhi Hotel  ‘Red Sox’ ?

3. Was any advt given by TFDPC ? Was there any interview ? How many candidates attended interview for Company Secretary post ?

4. Who appointed Adiya Yadav as Company Secretary Post in TFDPC ? How a Delhi's inexperienced person gets a coveted post in TFDPC company secretary ?

Aditya Yadav was chosen for Company Secretary of Tripura Forest Development and Plantation Corporation Limited for a period of 1 year and three months ( from October 2010 to December 2011) and that too not because of his special abilities but simply because of the influence his wife Sonal Goel had at that time being an IAS officer posted in Tripura.

Finally DM Gomati succeeded to ditch Tripura for Haryana in July 20, 2016. TIWN 

Gomati district is already in the list of various corruption and poor management in sectors like proper utilization of Centrally Sponsored funds such as MGNREGA, NRHM , PMGSY .

Again there are loopholes through which people can easily get fake PRTC , Birth Certificate , Aadhaar cards, Voter ID and even Driving Licence and in many cases Bangladeshi citizens are the beneficiaries . 

Sonal Goel's tenure in Tripura is an example how corrupt officials manipulate Tripura Politicians, waste Tripura’s money, deprive state’s employment by employing their relatives in key posts.
