AGARTALA, June 4 (TIWN): Whereas Chief Secretary Y P Singh requested the investors to invest for Tripura who came for one day business meet and said, “Please bring minimum revolution in Tripuraâ€, the Industry secretary M Nagaraju was engaged in State govt.’s praising or in other words 'Manik Bhajana'.
In Secretariat corridors of power, its a common word that no one can beat Telugu IAS officers in boot-licking Manik Sarkar, so Nagaraju was no exception.
“All over India, Tripura Govt. has been awarded for most noble governance”, Industry Secretary Nagaraju continued his "Manik Bhajana''.
But honest and upright Chief Secretary Y.P.Singh accepted the fact that Tripura has remained slow in ‘Industrial development’, due to various reasons.
To keep his boss happy and a probable post retirement parcel like other retired Telugu IAS officers Satyanarayana to G.K.Rao, M. Nagaraju claimed that Tripura is now very much progressed in roadways, railway and air-way. ‘Agartala airport is the second busiest airport in North East India’, said Nagaraju.
In this context, Tripura Infoway requests M.Nagaraju alongwith CM to take a car journey via NH-44 from Agartala to Dharmanagar or apologize for false utterings on Tripura's highways horrible conditions.
Nagaraju also mentioned about Tripura’s huge income from Rubber and Bamboo. Nagaraju before the guests said that Agartala’s Bodhjongnanagar is an industrial area, where huge numbers of industries exist - but reality is just opposite of these false utterings.
Tripura has 54 tea estates, natural Gas resource is utilizing by ONGC presently, said Nagaraju.
Being instructed by IT Minister Tapan Chakraborty, like an obedient student, Nagaraju said, “Recently central Govt. has stopped few schemes, which brought huge losses for the state”.
However, when the Industry secretary was praising the State govt. and blaming the Central Govt, Chief Secretary thanked all the investors for thinking about Tripura and requested, “Please invest for Tripura and bring minimum revolution here”.
“In spite of all obstacles, please invest for the state, as it has promising potentialities’, said Y P Singh.
