AGARTALA, June 4 (TIWN): Becoming the first BJP Chief Minister in Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal promised the people that to seal the Indo-Bangla border will be his first job to finish before any developing work. Proper border sealing will totally stop the illegal immigrants from Bangladesh.

However, receiving cooperation from the govt. of Assam, the central govt. has asked the Assam-Govt. to finish the border fencing work within 2017.

But being the neighboring country Tripura Govt. never cooperated with central govt. to finish the fencing work soon, resulting massive violence across the state.

Whereas illegal intrusion and border unwanted incidents are so much frequent due to the Indo-Bangla unfenced border, the border fencing work has been  almost stopped here and going  in a Turtle’s speed across state.

In Belonia area, PWD Minister playing too much with Muhuri Char sentiment as Badal Choudhury’s hometown is Belonia. But Minister might have forgotten that the safety of people is much more necessary than his personal sentiments.

When central Govt. took initiatives to fence Tripura’s border Badal Choudhury created much problems in central govt.’s fencing project and claimed that the land demarcation which was done by central govt team, was wrong.

Not only in South District but Tripura’s every corners have scopes for illegal intrusion for the Bangladeshis and other miscreants or terrorists.
