AGARTALA, June 2 (TIWN): DYFI organized massive rally at Agartala against the price hike of cooking gas, petrol and diesel.
Slamming the BJP Govt. DYFI asked central govt. for reason behind continuous price hike. Their rally began from City Center and they moved around the town.
But DYFI didn’t mentione about the sugar price hike, low-pay-structure of the state govt employees for which householders face hard time during the whole year to run their families.
They also kept silent about the and selling fuel in black markets.
CPI-M party is fully ignoring the fact that the black market business in LPG is once again at a rise and businessmen are enjoying the double price of cylinders in Tripura.
Until last week, when the LPG prices hadn't been hiked, a cylinder cost Rs 850- Rs 900 in the black market. But after the new price was declared by the companies, the cylinder rates shot up.
Tripura is already popular for black-marketing of cylinders is now again under the grip of black-marketers of the LPG cylinder.
However, it’s to mention here that price hike majorly hits state Tripura’s middle class families, due to their limited income becomes unable to manage their daily-budget. State Govt. employees due to limited pay-scale, faces more harder times when price hikes all over the country.
