AGARTALA, June 1 (TIWN): Sudip and Asish sudden step in at the Congress Bhawan despite of showing eagerness to join TMC has sparked off controversy in the entire political frame work when former congress leaders went to Congress Bhawan for paying tribute to Congress Worker Leader Swapan kar who passed away on Wednesday morning.

Question arises where the leader has left the party over the issue of alliance with CPI-M, why has he again steeped into Congress Bhawan for paying floral tribute to the congress worker leader who died in the morning.

Where both the former leaders Sudip Roy barman and Ashis Saha are campaigning for joining TMC and also held meeting with TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee, why the leaders did went to Congress Bhawan.  Such step has sparked off controversy among the mind of people.

Former Leader of the Opposition in the Tripura Assembly, Sudip Roy Burman, who was suspended by the Congress, is willing to join the Trinamool Congress (TMC) along with his followers.

Reportedly, PCC Chief Birajit Sinha suspended Former opposition leader Sudip Roy barman and former President of Tripura Pradesh Youth congress Sushanta Chowdhury from the party after they have resigned from their post raising voice against the alliance with left front.

Former Opposition leader Sudip Roy Barman and Tripura Pradesh Youth congress Sushanta Chowdhury have already resigned from the party and in their resignation letter they have mentioned that the resignation letter has been submitted in protest of the unethical alliance between Congress and the Left Front in West Bengal Assembly Election.

It is to mentioned here that according the Sudip roy Barman and Sushanta Chowdhury this move of forging an alliance with the CPI-M has completely ruined the prospect of the Congress party in Tripura wherein innumerable number of Congressmen have been murdered and subjected to immense oppression during the twenty-three years of left rule.

Besides, they also mentioned that with this alliance the party has compromised with its values to form this alliance only to grab power and the hopes of the people of Tripura.

It is to be mentioned here that earlier, Sudip Roy Barman, Ashish Kumar Saha and Sushanta Chowdhury has resigned from their post protesting against the alliance of the party.
