AGARTALA, May 26 (TIWN): S K Panda, a retired Union Secretary, also a former Chief Secretary but to accommodate his lust for power, he has begged for a low rank of Chairman, Skill Development Mission which is equivalent to a Govt Under Secretary level official, a much lower strata than the coveted posts of Chief Secretary or Union Textiles Secretary.

S.K.Panda whom Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has crowned recently as the ‘honcho’ for Skill Development Mission, has once again started his cheap attitude to satisfy his own culinary buds, as reported by few officials from South District Block Development offiice,Gomati, South DM office to TIWN.

In the name of Skill Development programme with “Selected Trainees (?)” Panda allegdly ordered his delicious lunch at South District in a comfortable 'BASUNDHARA' luxary guesthouse, followed by  luxarious stay amidst wildlife at the Trishna Santuary on Thrusday night (May 26, 2016), then  followed by a sumptuous lunch at Udaipur on Friday (May 27,2016).

Officials from BDO office, DM south office informed that, instead of skill development programme arrangement, Panda and his partner S.Prabhu found busy in ordering district officials to arrange Panda’s food-prefernces with a strict instruction for ‘DESHI MURGI (country chicken) and fresh SABZI” for Panda and his entourage.

Panda knows that how in the name of Skill Development Government money can be diverted to other channels to enhance pot-bellies of cash-hungry officials.

However, Panda is now enjoying retirement benefit due to courtesy of Manik Sarkar at the expense of Tripura’s lakhs of unemployed youths.

Director Skill Development Programme S.Prabhu was found instructing of Gomati & South District officials for Panda's luxurious Lunch/Dinner Package  alongwith night siesta at Trishna Santuary.

Most of officials are very much annoyed and irritated over S.K Panda, S. Prabhu’s  attitude as they are tired to satisfy Panda with their culinary needs rather than actual skill development programmes. 

Above Letter mentions no specifics of 'Skill Development' , also misusing designation of 'former Chief Secretary' to enhance his weightage due to the low rank of Chairman/Skill Development Mission.

Questions :

1.     ." Why these tainted bureaucrats again and againbeing brought into state by Manik Sarkar ?

2.      Does Panda qualify to lead Technical field of ‘Skill Development Mission’ ?

3.      Can Panda’s 1+1=11 infamous book and theory will diminish Tripura’s unemployment problem or it will increase unemployed youths?
