AGARTALA, May 21 (TIWN): With 81.41 passing percentage Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has declared Class 12 result for the year 2016. Reportedly, among 3319 candidates 2702 students have passed whereas drop outs are 617.
However, it’s to be mentioned here that state Tripura which is already recorded 6.93 unemployed--- is unable to manage few industrial set up, resulting frustration among youths.
As a result, students are preferring more to settle down in other states for their better future.
Moreover, it’s worthy to mention here that although Tripura Govt. has set up many degree colleges here, including Medical College and more than one Engineering College, still student prefer to get admission in outside students.
The quality of Education in Govt. colleges are very poor, which doesn’t help the students to get better opportunity in other states after they pass out from Tripura Degree Colleges.
As a result, students prefer to get Educated in other states, so that their degrees are valued after they passed out.
Whereas Minister Tapan Chakraborty is holding 2 departments in cabinet as 1. the Industries & Commerce (including IT), which is related to the career of Educated people and also the 2. Education Dept., but it seems that the Minister is somehow failing to maintain the balance between the two fields, resulting into a crisis in the state.
