On 2nd May last, the internet service of BSNL collapsed suddenly at dawn. The authority, however, restored the service at government premises on the very next day. But the commoners left on their fate of sufferings and harassment.

The situation turned so grave that, the commoners suffered for bookings of rail and air tickets; appointment with doctors; availing of admit cards and examination results and many more.
