Police produced two Bangladeshi citizens before Court: Produced their Bangladeshi documents

KAMALPUR, April 23 (TIWN): After the nabbing of two Bangladeshi citizens from Kamalpur sub-division by the Special Branch, Kamalpur Police produced them before the Court today. Along with the nabbed citizens police also produced their identity of being Bangladeshi citizens. The interrogation by the joint team of Special branch and CID also brought out many sensational facts about those citizens.

Police booked them under 41/2016 numbered case under the sections of 468, 471, 120 (B) of IPC and Section 03 of Passport Act. According to the charge framed by police, Azadur Rahaman, the inhabitant of Guler Haur of Moulavibazar district of Bangladesh conducted the dacoity in the Brak Bank under the Khulsi out Post area under the Moulavibazar district.

There police booked him under section 381 of Bangladesh Danda Bidhi in the case numbered 13/2015. From there he looted an amount of 22, 00, 000 of Bangladeshi Taka and escaped to India. After coming here, he exchanged the Bangladeshi amount with Indian Currency.

Then Fayaz Ahamed joined with him. They bought the ML-05-G-7571 numbered Maruti Wagon R at a cost of 4, 00, 000 rupees. Then he spent 2, 00, 000 rupees more to register the vehicle and to prepare his Indian identity.  Azadur also brought his second wife Shefali Begum to his rented house at Kalachari.

Police also produced Bangladeshi Voter Identity Card, Union Identity card and Pourasabha Nagarik Parichoypatra (Municipality Citizen Identity Card) while producing the duo before the Court. Now, what decision the Court would produce remained the matter to be seen.
