AGARTALA, April 21 (TIWN): Founder of Art of Living Foundation Sri Sri Ravishankar who arrived in the state on a three day visit in Tripura said that NE needs more attention.

Addressing the press on Thursday at state guest house Founder of Art of Living Foundation Sri Sri Ravishankar said that this is his third visit to Tripura and after visiting a few parts of the NE it can be said that NE needs more attention.

He further said that he wants Tripura as a town of joy he said that he wants job for all unemployed youths and wants everyone to be happy.

Speaking to media he further expressed his matter of interest to make the small state but with hundred percent of literacy. He further said that Art of Living Foundation will extend cooperation to provide opportunity of employment to the unemployed youths in the state.  He also expected happy mind, healthy body and sharp intelligence for all.

It is to be mentioned here that Sri Sri Ravishankarji laid foundation stone of Gyan Mandir at Gopi Choumuhani of Baghma Bagabasa under Udaipur subdivision as part of three day tour in Tripura. A new school would be set up here on the basis of Art of Living.

Speaking on the occasion Ravishankarji advised the followers to inculcate meditation, yoga and social service in order to bring good days for the village.

Pitching the message of entire globe is a family high, Sri Sri Ravishankar the spiritual leader arrived here on the state on Tuesday lst.

A special session on meditation and maha-satsangha was held held at Vivekananda ground here on Tuesday evening at 6 pm. On the following day, Sri Sri Ravishankarji laid the foundation stone for new building of Ravishankar Vidhyamandir.

It is to be mentioned here that by the age of four, he was able to recite parts of the Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Sanskrit scripture, and was often found in meditation. He holds degrees in, both, Vedic literature and physics.

In 1982,   Sri Sri Ravishankar entered a ten-day period of silence in Shimoga located in the Indian state of Karnataka. The Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing technique, was born. With time, the Sudarshan Kriya became the center-piece of the Art of Living courses.
