AGARTALA, April 7 (TIWN) : In a mass demonstration the BSNL employee Union on Thursday staged protest at BSNL office.

Reportedly, BSNL Employees Union announced that following the whole nation, the BSNL workers also have sat in mass demonstration on April 7 and voiced against the long deprivation.

 The demand of the employees are in this regard:

1.     To provide bonus to all the BSNL employees,

2.     To launch E-Pay scale to all the non-executive employees,

3.     To provide increment to those who had joined after 1/1/07,

4.     To provide gratuity to the casual employees,  etc.

The place of the mass demonstration was the BSNL office itself at Kaman Chowmuhani.
