A. D. Nagar police recovered a floating body

AGARTALA, March 23 (TIWN): A. D Nagar police on Wednesday recovered a body of man from a pond adjacent to modern club at Nagerjala.

It is to be mentioned here that on Wednesday this is another case that the police has recovered a dead body.

According to the police report, localities of the area first found the body, floating on the pond water. They informed about the incident to the A.D Nagar Police station.

Getting alarm about the incident, police rushed to spot and recovered the body. However, investigation is going on.

The body was identified is of Nutan Deb resident of Suktara Club.

Where everyone was concern about the rampant recovery of dead bodies in the capital, on Wednesday Tripura police recovered two bodies one from Indranagar and another from Nagerjala area.

Although the State Government has set up several police stations to curb down the rising crime in the State, it seems like the number of police station has failed to control the rising crime.

Day after day reports of bodies recovered has been piling up but yet no initiatives are being taken to control it.

It is to be mentioned here that there are several incidence of murder, recovery of unidentified body and many other cases which are yet unsolved but no major initiatives are taken to curb down the crime.

Addressing any programme, where it has been claimed that in Tripura crime is declining day by day, on the other hand, and recovery of dead bodies has become a daily feed for the news channels and the papers.

It is to be mentioned here that in several cases police has failed to come to the solution and the cases remains covered in the file itself.
