4192 Govt vehicles are running without proper authentic documents: Transport Dept clueless

Agartala / Udaipur, March 23 (TIWN): Tripura’s 4192 Govt vehicles are running without proper documents.

In the name of enforcing law, Traffic police continue to harass common people.

It is a matter of shame that 4192 government vehiclesa are running without proper authentic documents and Transport department totally clueless.

Congress MLA Ratan lal Nath raised voice in the assembly over this issue.

Raising voice against the alleged harassment by Tripura Police and Traffic Authorities, labour union and the owners of the private vehicles has staged sudden strike on in all across the State recently.

The sudden strike has been mainly called by the Labour union and the owners of the Private  vehicles protesting against the random traffic and police check over the vehicles.

Sources further mentioned that the vehicle owners claimed that the random check over the vehicles disrupted the vehicles movements and leads to delay in the journey.

Besides, some protesters also claimed that every time officials deployed on the roads for checking charge huge fine which causing the vehicle owners huge losses.“Every time they charges fine and it cost us huge amount. Besides, the officials also seize the driving license in order to cancel it. All these issues creates huge problem for us”, claimed a protester. Due the random check on the road creates problem for us. Besides, due to all these it gets impossible for us to reach on time. However, the passengers also get late to reach to their destination, added the protester.

It is to be mentioned here that the sudden massive strike in various district has caused huge problem for the commuters. During the office hour, people had to cover the distance walking and many had to take other routes to reach to the destination. However, the sudden strike has halted the communication system and crated problem for the commuters of the city as well as for the other parts of the state.The passengers who were supposed to take the route to Udaipur and the other parts of the mentioned district had to cancel the journey.
