AGARTALA, March 22 (TIWN): Agartala is all set to become 3rd Internet gateway and with a lame-duck leadership having poor understanding of Industry and technology, Tripura and its Youths' future have been continuously ruined leaving a record of thousands of unemployed in the state. Left ruled Tripura and its youths continue to suffer everyday from chronic unemployment and concerned folks are being continuously deprived under the rule of CM Manik Sarkar. With a record of unemployment Left ruled Tripura continues to bite dust of under-development and non-performance due to state's outdated policies of being anti development and industry without realizing world and India's economy driven by Business and technology. So far it has been about Govt job, salary, subsidy - on tax payers money and mediocre plastic industry for name sake being the focus - which still fails to show hope to lakhs of educated unemployed youths. Need is to bring high end industry and jobs at Agartala having follow up with Industry leaders and setting up required infrastructure on a war footing.

Allegedly Tripura CM has never taken any steps to curb most burning issue of Unemployment so far.

Economy of Tripura can get a boost if the service of the internet bandwidth is truly utilised for the development of the state.

It is to  be mentioned here that Tripura and other north-eastern states have a tremendous scope to boost its economy, exploit its resources and attract investment, capitalising the proximity with neighbouring countries specially Bangladesh.

Tripura and other north-eastern states have resources and potentialities, but there must be a serious marketing about their scopes and prospects across the country and abroad to turn the mission into reality and government have to take active role in making the proper utilisation.

The state would now be the information technology hub in north-east India and also play a vital role in eastern India as far as internet connectivity is concerned.

The commissioning of Agartala as third internet gateway, after Chennai and Mumbai, will boost the economy of the state and can bring a revolution, if utilised in true manner.

The Manik Sarkar government has failed to give employment to lakhs of unemployed youths during his 15-year rule. How many more years will it take to give jobs to the youths?

Although the state govt. has failed to provide jobs to the qualified youths of the state, govt. with its full strives is setting up the State University to provide “Quality education”.

Inputs are increasing, but what are the outputs of education here? Day by day many degree holders are expanding, as expanding unemployed too.

Unemployment is a serious problem in the state. Lack of industries, vocational/skill development training institutes, and absence of government policies are some of the reasons which is leading to growing number of unemployed youths.
