AGARTALA, March 14 (TIWN): BAC meeting scheduled to be held on March 15 will finalize the final agenda for the budget session which will kick off from March 18.

Meanwhile, education minister Tapan Chakraborty will table the budget for financial year 2016 -17 as ailing’ Finance Minister Bhanu Lal Saha is now in Delhi for necessary medical test at AIIMS. Apart from placing full-fledged budget for 2016-17 FY the government will also place Yusuf commission report in public. It is  to be mentioned here that Public prosecutor in behalf of government demanded some more time and stated that the report will be made public in the next assembly session which will be hoist by the state government from March 18.

A division bench comprising Chief Justice Deepak Gupta and Justice Subhasish Talapatra asked to place Yusuf Commission’s report in the coming Budget session.

The Budget will be placed even before routine question hours. The state committee has finalized the business for the upcoming Budget session. Besides, with an aim to finalize the Tripura Budget session, BAC scheduled to hold a meeting on March 15.

However, speaker of Tripura Assembly imposed some restrictions on the movement of members, staffs and audiences in the assembly premises for security reason during the budget session of the assembly.

According to the restriction order, no person or vehicle except rickshaw are allowed to enter in the assembly without having valid pass till the ending of session.

As per the requirement, members of legislative assembly, media personnel, audiences and the staffs of assembly have to display the valid pass provided by assembly secretariat to the security personnel in the entrance gate.
