AGARTALA, Feb 20 (TIWN) : When patriotism wave going on all over the nation according to the JNU issue there is a another picture of patriotism comes out. All the nation celebrated our national Hero Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s 119th birthday on 23rd January of this year. Everyone engaged with the patriotism moto .

But after 23^rd January we forgot all the patriotism.  There is a deplorable condition of Netaji’s statue near the Battala bridge which was nicely decorated on his birthday occasion. High level dignitaries were came and show their respect and gave name sake speeches towards Netaji on his birthday . But after the birthday celebration no one comes to show their respect & gave speeches. Even government did not continue the maintenance of Netaji Statue as well.

That’s why the condition of Netaji statue is going deplorable day by day. Netaji served the nation for getting independence. But 69 years of independence on one is there to serve Netaji statue. Everyone is busy to show off their name sake patriotism towards hot issues going all over the country. But they done even think that is all those brave persons did not engaged with the India’s freedom movement than who will gave us independence at that time.

At the present time everyone’s patriotism generated on any occasion only & its became a fashion also. State government gave long speeches towards all freedom fighter but did not take any action to maintain their statues.  State government spent lots of money in the name  development but spent nothing for those peoples who did fight for our independence.
