AGARTALA, Feb 20 (TIWN): With the upcoming Bengal & Kerala assembly elections less than 3 months away in May 2016, Yechury led CPI-M Politburo was searching for an issue which would bring them into national media spotlight. As masses had already abandoned CPI-M from the erstwhile strongholds in Kerala and Bengal due to high-corruptions and non-development, so to divert national focus CPI-M leadership cunningly chosen the path of anti-nationalism for maximum political mileage. CPI-M leaders like Karat, Yechury’s frequent visits and brainwashing JNU students caused anti-nationalism activities rather than allowing students to excel in their studies. On Friday evening, national BJP leader & Tripura observer Sunil Deodhar while talking to TIWN said, “Nationally, CPI-M as party lost its importance long back as voters rejected them outright in Bengal and Kerala , but planned anti-nationalism and supporting terrorists was a clever ploy to hog media limelight even though JNU issue finally branded CPI-M as nation’s enemy which will cause further erosion of their voter base”.

CPI-M blindly appeasing all anti-India elements for party fundings.

Calcutta’s Jadavpur University  and Dehi’s JNU  which are CPI-M backed universities made anti-nationalism issue a political tool to bring the focus of minorities towards CPI-M.

JNU episode has gone to its extreme, as not only CPI-M political leaders Yechury, Prakash Karat but Congress leaders like Rahul Gandhi continuously visited JNU campus to instigate student community.

He also said, “CPI-M is anti-socialist, anti-national always, but the reality exposed when BJP’s youth wing ABVP had protested against them”.

Slamming the Tripura Chief Minister, Deodhar further added  that, “Alike other Leftist leaders, Manik Sarkar is also an anti-nationalist. He has double standards and his words have double meanings . Manik Sarkar is silent about the further division of Tripura  but his party sympathetic to Kashmir’s separation idea”, he added.

“CPI-M’s anti-nationalism has been exposed this time”, said Deodhar. He also added, “Communists do not believe in any country or democracy, only believe in autocracy and halting economic development, so such acts are very natural for them but this is the first time their mask was exposed before people”.

He also criticized Congress for its closeness with CPI-M. “Both the parties are backing each other since 10 years , UPA-I and II,  and CPI-M & Cong. are nothing but 2 faces of the same coin. In organized corruption & land-mafia raj, CPI-M has destroyed economies of states like Bengal, Kerala, Tripura”.

However, at the end he said that, “BJP was had a weak organization since last last decade in Tripura but with the new leadership of the state unit,  Manik Sarkar govt. is worried now. In Tripura, CPI-M’s only real opposition is now BJP and as a result CPI-M is blaming the BJP govt. at every non-issues”. In recently conducted by-polls, BJP already emerged as the main opposition to ruling CPI-M.
