AGARTALA, Jan 20 (TIWN): Tripura Minorities Co-operative Development Corporation Limited on Wednesday organized a programme at the head office of the Corporation.

During the programme, a report on Tripura Minorities Co-operative Development Corporation Limited has been placed since 2013-14 to 2015-16 till January 18 (2016).

According to the report, term loan amount disbursed in the year 2013-14 is Rs. 704.41 lakhs, total numbers of beneficiaries are 512, a total of Rs. 77.70 lakhs amount has been disbursed for Education loan total number of beneficiaries are 42.

Altogether Rs. 782.11 lakhs has been disbursed and Rs. 183.87 Lakhs has been recovered.

In the year 2014-15, the term loan amount disbursed was Rs. 1203.52 Lakhs, the total number f beneficiaries are 682, Education loan amount has been placed was of Rs. 95.55 Lakhs, and the total number of beneficiaries are 44.

Mentioning about the disbursed loans in the year 2015-16 (Till January 18), it has been said that the total term amount has been disbursed was Rs. 1241.31 Lakhs and the total number of beneficiaries are 577. Besides, Rs. 97.90 Lakhs of amount has been disbursed as the education loan where the numbers of beneficiaries are 39.

Besides, a total of Rs. 55.29 Lakhs has been disbursed on January 20 for 32 numbers of Auto and one Maruti.

The programme has been inaugurated by Education Minister Sahid Choudhury in the presence of Board of Director Rathindra Karmakar Chairman of Tripura Minorities Co-operative Development Corporation Limited and others.
