According to the police report, the 25-year old man enters in to the India border with a girl. As per the statement of the 25-year old boy, both of them eloped from Bangladesh as they have fallen for each other and the family members were against their relation.
After an interrogation session with the police, the couple said that the girl is the daughter of his wife’s elder sister.
The 25-year old man has been identified as Sujan Debnath and a residence of Madhya Bijoypur under South Kumuella District.
Reportedly, after crossing the Indo-Bangla border the couple were roaming at the premises of the Udaipur Matabari.

Getting alarm of the incident, the police came to the spot and arrested the couple.
However, as the girl is not well, she has been admitted to Gomati District hospital and is undergoing treatment.
However, question arises despite of strict vigilance of the Border Security Forces in the border area how the citizen of Bangladesh managed to enter the Indo-Bangla border without passport.
